RYA Day Skipper Practical (Power)
Course Outline
The Day Skipper course is conducted on board our Nelson power boat "Osprey" and teaches pilotage, navigation, seamanship and boat handling up to the standard required to skipper a small cruising motor yacht safely, by day, in tidal waters.

This course takes place over five days on board our Nelson 34 motor yacht on the waters of the Solent.
Entry Requirements
Some familiarity with cruising is required to join this course and we strongly recommend that you also have a solid knowledge of navigational theory or have passed your Day Skipper Theory certificate.
Costs
This five day course costs £870 inc VAT.
