A flexible package of training that is offered to companies working in the marine environment is offered by Red Ensign to our corporate clients. For those requiring MCA accreditation for their new staff, and refresh or upgrade training for established crew, Red Ensign can provide a package of training tailored to your needs.
In addition, we are able to manage and maintain your training records, through our specially designed database system, which records training dates and details, as well as providing online access to certificate images. The Red Ensign training record system can also act as an efficient audit for your future training requirements.
We aim to deliver comprehensive training at a superior level to your staff, across the whole gamut of skills required for your business. Although the courses represented here are likely to be the core courses you require, we can deliver other courses if you find a need for them. For example, we can provide a Company Security Officer course for your senior management if the need arises.
As an MCA fully accredited training centre, we are able to flexibly respond to your needs.
Training is delivered either at our HQ in Cowes, Isle of Wight, or at a location of your choosing. We are able to travel globally to deliver courses on your own vessels, or in training centres (provided they are properly equipped) in your own training rooms.
All our courses can be modularised in order to fit in with your staffing schedules (although we find it most appropriate that the STCW 95 basic safety training is done in a single week). We can offer full courses; but if your staff have previous knowledge, we can provide examination only modules for certain parts of career courses (such as Boatmaster Tier 1 Level 2).
We can also arrange accommodation for your staff if you require.
