Threats to personal safety have the potential to arise in almost all workplaces. Minor disagreements, if not handled professionally can escalate to conflict, threats and physical violence. This course, accredited by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, addresses conflict resolution and personal safety issues, tailored to the maritime environment.

This is a one day course.
