Cancellations made by students must be received in writing; email is acceptable and you may use our
contact form.
If you have to cancel, please do try to give us as much notice as possible, enabling us to replace the booking.
Cancellation Notice Period
- Our minimum notice period is two weeks
- Cancellation fees will be charged at the following rates:-
- Within 10 working days of the start date - 25% of the course fee
- Within 2 working days of the start date - 50% of the course fee
- On the start date or non-attendance - 100% of the course fee
Red Ensign – Maritime Training Solutions reserve the right to cancel a course in the event of unforeseen circumstances. We will notify delegates of the cancellation at least two weeks prior to the course date by email.
Whilst this necessity is regretted we will refund monies and endeavour to give as much notice as possible, and in all cases the student will have the option of transferring to another course at a later date.
