Red Ensign Maritime Training is the leading provider of bespoke and modularised maritime first aid and safety training for the commercial maritime sector. Based in the heart of the UK's modern maritime industry, on the site of former renowned shipbuilder Samuel J. Whites, Red Ensign provide MCA and STCW accredited training for leading companies in the oil and gas, dredging, and marine passenger markets as well as for quality providers of leisure training such as the neighbouring UK Sailing Academy.

Following successful careers in commercial marine and the NHS respectively, directors Andrew and Monica Dale formed Red Ensign in order to meet the need for expert and authoritative safety and first aid training that was arising in the marine market. Since then, the company has grown to be a leader in its field.

All Red Ensign's instructors hold a range of maritime qualifications and have a wealth of experience. Courses are delivered by those with substantial 'hands on experience' that we believe gives a specialist depth to instruction and the ability to cover a wide range of areas over and above those on the prescribed syllabuses.
